These terms describe www.terrai.farm, a website operated under the TerrAI project name by Hikmet Akin and Grant Baker. “TerrAI,” “we” and “us” refer to them. A company is being formed for TerrAI, but it does not exist yet and is not the current operator of the site.

What this site describes

The site introduces technology we are developing, including TerrAI Soil, TerrAI Intelligence and TerrAI Control. Descriptions of planned features and research directions may change. This website is not an offer to sell a product or a promise that any feature, pilot or product will become available.

Animated soil readings, recommendations, water volumes and irrigation events are conceptual illustrations, not live measurements, field-test results or evidence of product performance. Illustrations of a probe, control hardware and a mascot do not establish the specifications or availability of actual hardware.

Early access and messages

Submitting the early-access form tells us you’d like to hear when early access opens for growers in your area. It does not create a customer account, place an order, reserve a product, or guarantee an invitation or availability by any particular date. If you use the team-contact form, we may reply to the address you give us. We handle personal information as described in our privacy notice.

Please don’t send confidential inventions, trade secrets or sensitive personal information through the public forms. Sending us a message does not by itself transfer ownership of your ideas to us or create a confidential relationship. If you want to discuss confidential information, let’s arrange a separate written agreement first.

Decisions about your farm

The site gives general information about development plans. It is not a field-specific irrigation, agronomic, crop-health, financial or legal recommendation. Make decisions for your farm using appropriate field data and qualified advisers. Any future pilot, hardware installation, product access or use of farm data will need separate terms or agreements.

Site content

Some site content may be protected by copyright, trademark or other rights held by its creators or licensors. We don’t grant permission to reproduce the site’s artwork, branding or other protected material beyond ordinary viewing and use of the website. This does not restrict rights you may have under applicable law. Third-party fonts and software have their own license terms; see Credits.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but content and development plans can change, and the site may occasionally be unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or that it will be error-free. These terms do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
