Effective date: November 2, 2026

TerrAI is a project operated by Hikmet Akin and Grant Baker. In this notice, “TerrAI,” “we” and “us” mean them. We are developing agricultural technology. A company is being formed for TerrAI, but it does not exist yet and does not operate this website.

This notice explains how we handle information on www.terrai.farm and in its early-access and contact forms. It does not cover any future TerrAI product or field pilot; those may need a separate notice and agreement.

Information we receive

Early access form

The name and email address you enter, plus any farm or ranch name, approximate irrigated acreage, and crops and region you choose to provide. We also know that you used the early-access form.

Talk to the team form

The name and email address you enter, plus any organization name, organization type and message you choose to provide. We also know that you used the team-contact form. Please don’t include sensitive personal information in a message.

Technical information

When you visit the site, our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, which may include your IP address, browser information, request details and timestamps. When you submit a form, Web3Forms receives the same kind of technical information along with the form, for delivery and spam prevention.

How we use information

We do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing or to train models. If our practices change, we will update this notice, and we will handle information collected earlier consistently with the commitments in effect when it was collected, unless another lawful basis and any required notice or consent apply.

Service providers and sharing

When you submit a form, your browser sends it directly to Web3Forms, which emails it to the TerrAI team. Web3Forms may use hosting and spam-prevention providers, as described in its privacy policy. Messages are received and kept in the team’s Gmail inbox, provided by Google. Vercel handles technical information as the site’s host. We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the site and its users.

We do not sell or rent form submissions, and we do not use them for targeted advertising.

These providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Their practices are described in their own notices: Web3Forms, Vercel and Google. A provider’s notice does not replace this notice about our own practices.

Cookies and tracking

We checked the public website on the effective date above: it sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, embeds no third-party content, and loads its pages, fonts and images only from www.terrai.farm. The only outside request it makes is sending a form to Web3Forms when you press send. No third party collects information through this site about your activity over time or across other websites. If we add tracking or change how we use cookies, we will update this notice first.

Do Not Track

The site does not change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. It does not track visitors across websites in the first place.

Retention

We currently keep submitted messages in our email inbox so we can follow up. There is no fixed deletion period for those inbox copies yet. Web3Forms has its own retention rules and account settings, described in its privacy policy.

Your choices and questions

The fields marked optional on our forms are yours to skip. To ask what information we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to ask a privacy question, email akinhikmet38@gmail.com or jgbaker2497@gmail.com. We will review requests to correct or delete information and honor them where the law requires, subject to information we need to keep for legitimate or legal reasons.

Changes

When we change this notice, we will update the effective date. If we make a material change to how we use information already submitted, we will give any notice or get any consent the law requires before applying the new use. Questions about this notice can also go through the Talk to the team form.
